Governing law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law. The Lisbon Court, to the exclusion of any other, is competent to resolve any conflicts arising from the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions for the use of this website.
General Sales Conditions
The order and purchase process is only possible after creating a customer account or guest session in the online store, and the customer must follow the various sequential steps of the order process that will allow the purchase to be registered.
Payment methods
Once the order has been completed, the purchase will be registered and, if the payment method selected is MBWAY or Multibanco Reference, there will be a defined period for payment of the order to be completed. After this period, if there is no payment confirmation, the order will be cancelled. Some payment methods allow the recording of the data necessary to carry out the payment transaction - namely PayPal and Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa). However, in this context, no personal data will be stored and their management must be carried out directly with the provider of the respective service.
Credit Card
Payment via credit card allows you to take advantage of the liquidity advantages and payment terms that your bank offers.
All transactions on our website are secure, and we emphasize, once again, that data associated with the card will not be saved, other than its identification by the last four digits. The entity managing this payment method is Stripe.
Multibank
Payments via Multibanco can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking.
Once the order process is completed, an Multibanco reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation email. To make a payment at an ATM, you must select the option “Payment for Services/Purchases”; and insert the corresponding entity, reference and value.
The order will be dispatched on the business day following payment of the order.
Warning: as the bank reference generated for payment has a limited validity, failure to verify payment within this period will result in cancellation of the order.
MB WAY
The customer will be able to pay for their order through the MB WAY payment system. To this end, during the ordering process you must select this payment method and indicate the mobile phone number to which the application is associated, access it and follow the purchase confirmation steps indicated.
Delivery process
The order shipping process will begin after confirmation of payment for the respective order.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will be notified via email with the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow them to track the order on the carrier's website.
Shipping information may take up to 24 hours, counting from receipt of shipment confirmation, to be updated on the carrier's website without any responsibility being attributed to BRUNET.
Delivery times differ depending on the order delivery area, with a maximum limit of four working days after order confirmation.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address that the customer indicates when placing the order.
Deliveries can occur on selected days during the summer period.
Indicating an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to BRUNET and lead to additional costs for the customer; For this reason, it is recommended that the customer always ensure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is actually correct and complete.
Once the order has been registered, it is not possible to change the billing details indicated. The delivery address cannot be changed by BRUNET, however, you can change your address by contacting our carrier, requesting it to be changed. This order must be made as quickly as possible (within the carrier's delivery deadlines).
