SHIPPING - Our orders are transported by NACEX.

1. After the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an email with confirmation of your purchase. Your order will be processed and shipped within the next two business days.

2. Our carrier will contact you via SMS with the date and time of delivery.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept changes/returns of items within a maximum of 30 working days, if the item is delivered in its perfect condition, in the same way it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, labels in fabric and paper, packaging and any other elements that are part of the shipment - according to Portuguese law. 

We do not exchange/return altered, washed, used, with odours or in any way damaged by misuse of the same. We are not responsible for the misuse of your items, nor for their incorrect washing. We always suggest that you consult the section CARE AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS. Before each purchase we also suggest that you consult the SIZE GUIDE section, in order to make the most informed purchase possible. The customer support team will be available to help you if you have any questions. 

In online exchanges, the customer sends to our warehouse the piece they wish to exchange and we send the new piece. The first shipment is at the customer's expense, but BRUNET covers the shipping of the new piece. 

For returns, all shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend that the items are sent to us by carrier or registered mail.

Exchangess

Once the item arrives at our office and successfully passes our quality control, we will contact you by email to inform you if the item you have chosen for exchange is available.

If so, we will send you our IBAN for payment of the difference in value between items (if applicable). As soon as we receive the proof of payment, the new item will be sent to the address you previously indicated.

Returns

Once the item arrives at our office and successfully passes our quality control, the refund will be made by the same payment method used in the order. Returns have a maximum of 10 working days to be made after receipt of the item in our office. 

• How to exchange/return online:

1. Contact us through our form on the site and indicate the reference of the article and size you want to exchange/return and the reference/size of the article you want to receive or indication of return, if you wish so.

- In case you made the payment by ATM, please provide us with your IBAN. 

2. After our team has sent you a confirmation, please send the item together with the invoice. 

3. Once we process the order, the new piece will be sent to the same address as previously indicated.

PAYMENTS

In your online purchase you can choose the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, MBway and ATM Reference.

The payment process is done in total security through our partner Paypal's website or through the payment systems.

If you need to include your VAT on your invoice, please include it during the checkout process.
