The piece I wanted is out of stock. Will it become available again?
If the piece you are looking for is temporarily out of stock, you can choose to leave your email address and receive a notification as soon as the model and/or size becomes available again.
Can I save my favorite items to buy them later?
Yes. If you have an account, you can add your favorite items to your Wishlist so you don't lose sight of them. Simply log into your account to access your wishlist from any device.
I chose to pay via ATM reference but my payment deadline has already passed before I processed the payment. Will my purchase now be cancelled?
Yes, your order will be cancelled. We recommend placing a new order as soon as possible before the product sells out.
Can I change my delivery address after I make the purchase?
You can change your delivery address by contacting our carrier and requesting a change of address. This request should be made as soon as possible (within the delivery times of the carrier).
Can I change my billing information after the purchase
Once the invoice is issued we are unfortunately unable to change the invoice data.
